RAD was conceptualized with the aim of enhancing homeownership and fostering business growth in underserved neighborhoods. Our goal is to nurture financially robust residents and transform these neighborhoods into thriving communities.

At RAD, we operate under the conviction that every family is entitled to a share in the American Dream, encompassing homeownership, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation collective entrepreneurship.. We are dedicated to turning these aspirations into reality for each family we serve.

We RAP!

Our mentoring program is designed to guide participants in developing and pursuing a personalized life plan. This program aims to nurture responsible and successful adults by offering a suite of supportive services, including financial education, securing college scholarships, support for entrepreneurial ventures, Providing alternatives to traditional college paths, access to housing opportunities and Job placement assistance.

Beyond our complimentary workshops, United Community Solutions also provides specialized,

fee-based services for those seeking more hands-on assistance. These services are available

at a reasonable cost and are tailored to offer personalized support in your financial empowerment journey.
